Batsheva Cutler
Batsheva is a multi-disciplinary artist, exploring sculpture, installation, performance art and spoken word. She is drawn to the visceral nature of sculpture, how it can both occupy and change a space. The core of her practice is rooted in psychoanalyzing the human ailment, exploring topics such as: trauma, Pathos, attachment injuries and the subconscious. Her work unpicks issues in society and raises awareness.
“As an artist I am comfortable with the uncertainty of the unknown. I hope my work opens various conversations and questions, enabling viewers to rethink certain issues and topics that are not normally spoken about.”
